Supported Living Services
Supported Living Services (SLS) are habilitation services provided to adults who require daily staff intervention due to behavior problems, medical conditions, physical deficits and/or lack of adequate survival skills. SLS for adults may be provided in Adult Foster Home, Community, or a person’s own place of residence.
RLE currently operates six Adult Foster Care Group Residences. In addition to our Qualified Developmental Disability Professionals (QDDP), all of our residences are staffed by Registered Direct Support Professionals (RDSP).
Rural Living Environments offers Supported Living Services for individuals requiring more comprehensive levels of support. Our proven record of success with individuals having significant maladaptive behaviors is the result of our customized, team-based approach and emphasis on positive behavioral supports. This approach extends to all aspects of our services – whether it’s aiding an individual’s development of personal and social skills or seeking improved health outcomes through individualized diet and exercise programming.
